Privacy Policy
All Seasons Carpet Cleaning & Restoration ("All Seasons", "we", "us") is a residential and commercial carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning company based in The Dalles, Oregon, operated by JAREDSNYDER LLC. This policy explains what information we collect from customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to schedule and perform your service:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service address
- The service you requested and your preferred date and time
- Dates of past services, so we can remind you when you may be due again
We collect this when you request an appointment on our website, call us, or give it to us in person at the time of service. We do not buy, rent or import customer lists from anyone.
How we use it
- To confirm, schedule, reschedule or decline your appointment
- To let you know on the day of service that a technician is on the way
- To send occasional service reminders, if you have opted in (see below)
- To answer your questions and provide customer service
We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we never send messages on behalf of any other business.
Text messages (SMS)
We may send you text messages in two situations:
- Appointment messages — confirmations, changes and day-of arrival notices, sent only to the customer who requested that appointment.
- Service reminders — a reminder about six months and about one year after your most recent cleaning. We send these only after you have replied YES to a one-time confirmation text.
Message frequency is low: typically one to three messages around an appointment, and no more than two reminders per year. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out is immediate and permanent unless you opt back in.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We share your information only with the service providers we use to run our business, and only so they can perform that service for us — for example the provider that delivers our text messages and the provider that delivers our email. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service and honor your preferences. Opt-out requests are kept permanently so that we do not contact you again by that channel.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any reminder email to stop receiving reminder emails.
- Contact us to correct or delete your information.
